Admission Process

1. Admissions begin after the announcement of II PUC results.
2. Obtain the application form through the available online or offline admission process.
3. Submit the completed application and required documents before the notified deadline.
4. Check the college notice board and website for the merit list and admission updates.
5. Selected candidates must attend the admission process with a parent or guardian.

Admissions follow Kuvempu University and Government norms.

Programmes & Eligibility

Undergraduate programmes offered:

• Bachelor of Arts — B.A.
• Bachelor of Commerce — B.Com.
• Bachelor of Science — B.Sc.
• Bachelor of Computer Applications — BCA

Applicants must have passed II PUC / Class XII from a recognised board. Admission is subject to the eligibility requirements of the selected programme.

Required Documents

• SSLC / Class X marks card — original
• II PUC / Class XII marks card — original
• Transfer Certificate
• Migration Certificate, if applicable
• Aadhaar Card
• Caste and Income Certificate, if applicable
• Passport-size photographs
• Student email ID and mobile number
• Parent / guardian contact details
• Undertaking letter

Please bring: Both hard copies and soft copies of the required documents at the time of admission.

Important Instructions

• A parent or guardian must accompany the candidate.
• Admission timing: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable.
• Students must strictly follow the attendance rules.
• Reservation is provided as per Government norms.
• SC/ST students may contact the office for guidance on fee reimbursement support.
